NOTE: Requires Phraseology 2.0 or greater.
Phraseology and Drafts can send text back and forth to each other, but Drafts for iPad also offers direct integration with Phraseology's Arrange and Inspect features.
Moving Text Between Drafts and Phraseology
To send the text of a draft in Drafts to a document in Phraseology, install the Phraseology action from the Drafts' action directory. Triggering this action in Drafts will open Phraseology and create a new document with the contents of your current draft.
To send a document from Phraseology to Drafts, tap the share icon on the left, and select "Drafts" from the list. This will send the contents of your current document to Drafts as new draft.
Using Phraseology's Arrange and Inspect Features from Drafts
This video demonstrates utilizing Phraseology's Arrange and Inspect features from Drafts:
If you are using Drafts on an iPad with Phraseology (v2.0 or greater) installed, new "Ph:Arrange" and "Ph:Inspect" menu items will appear in the text selection menu. These menu items work as follows:
Ph:Arrange : Sends the selected text to Phraseology, which will open in Arrange mode, allowing you to drag and drop re-order paragraphs and sentences in the text. Tap "Cancel" in Phraseology and you will return to Drafts with no changes made. Tap "Done", and you will return to Draft, and the newly arranged text will replace your original selection inline.
Ph:Inspect : Sends the selected text to Phraseology, which will open directly to the Inspect view, display statistics, scores and linguistic breakdowns for the text. Tap done and you will return to Drafts. No text changes will be made.
If you want to easily use the Phraseology Inspect feature on full drafts, you can also install the Inspect in Phraseology drafts action from the action directory.
