Action Step: Message

Message action steps open an iMessage window to send a iMessage or SMS prefilled with content, and optionally pre-addressed.  Message steps can be used to create actions to easily text common contacts and more.

The values that can be configured on a Message step are:

• To: A comma-delimited list of phone numbers and/or iMessage enabled email addresses. Use the “+” button to select and email address from your contacts.
• Subject: The subject of the message. This field is only useful if you have enabled subjects in iOS Message settings.
• Template: A template for the message body. To included the full text of the draft, use [[draft]].  Static text can also be included to create stock messages.
